Custom Letterpressed Invitations -
The company of Handmade By Heather is owned and operated by le Papertique. To order custom letterpress invitations please visit the Handmade By Heather studio at www.handmadebyheather.com.
Purchaser must call for a booking of time at (908) 638-9910 or request by email. Because all invitations are custom orders, significant notice is needed to ensure booking of time and press date. le Papertique and Handmade By Heather cannot ensure that orders will be accepted until purchaser has booked time by issuing the deposit. Deposits are not refundable.
Orders must be placed in increments of 25. Client is requested to order additional quantities at time order is placed. Additional invitations added after the order is already processed will result in a minimum order of 25 invites at starting prices. |

Formals, Informals, Thank You Notes, Announcements and Invitations include envelopes. Formal Letterpressed Envelopes have printed return address on back flap.
Square envelopes require additional postage due to the shape. Please see 'Postage' policies. |

All response cards come with a matching self addressed response envelope. Please note, 'Stuffed, Stamped and Sent' will add the cost of postage to your package price and stamp will be applied to response envelope. |

Inner Envelopes/ Pocketfolds/ Wraps/ or 4 pt. Envelopes are included with most wedding invitation packages. A large selection of inner envelopes is also available for selected invitations that do not include them. Not all invitations may be able to receive an inner envelope. Please inquire about the availability and choice selection of inner envelopes for selected packages. |

If client fails to meet deadlines time line may not be maintained. The company of le Papertique and Handmade By Heather is not responsible for any delays caused by client's failure to meet these deadlines. For custom or letterpressed orders all information must be emailed to heather@cnjnet.com. Printed material is not accepted and if it is submitted a surcharge of $50 per page will be applied to final bill. |

Upon order a complimentary black and white proof will be faxed or emailed to the purchaser. Proofs are an exact account of text, layout and design. This is included for all custom orders and Handmade By Heather products and ensures that no mistakes are made. We request that the purchaser review proof at this time to correct any mistakes or make changes and fax back. Upon approval of proof, the customer is in agreement of the terms and conditions specified by le Papertique and Handmade By Heather and may not make any changes to the order after approval. le Papertique and Handmade By Heather takes no responsibility for any errors or oversights made by the customer that are not corrected at the time proof is reviewed and approved. Upon approval of proofs, full payment must be posted. Orders will not be expedited until total payment is received. le Papertique and Handmade By Heather reserves the right to suspend an order until payment is received in full. Stock Proofs can be ordered for an additional $50. Stock proofs are for stock approval only. A 'fax' approval proof as stated above will be provided which will show text, layout and design. If an additional Faxed Proof is requested a surcharge of $25.00 will be applied to the final bill. If an additional Printed Stock Proof is requested a $50 surcharge will be applied to the final bill plus shipping. Please see Returns / Changes to Orders below for further additional charges.

Purchaser may select colors from the Color Selection page. Please note, this is only a depiction of color and the monitor may alter the appearance of color. Custom colors are also available upon request with a submitted article or PMS# for an additional charge. Colors are matched to the nearest Pantone Color. |

Letterpress Printing - All formal invitations are printed by letterpress and are custom orders. An old and traditional form of printing, which is done by directly pressing the plate into the paper leaving an inked or 'debossed' surface. |

All wedding invitations can be customized to fit the purchaser's needs and budget. All stocks and embellishments can be sold separately and is available to the customer that would like to create their own invitation. Most papers are also laser jet or ink jet friendly.

Custom orders are not refundable. Cancellation is not allowed for custom orders once order is placed. |

For all postponed or rescheduled bookings a surcharge fee will be due at time of final bill.
All postponed or rescheduled orders must maintain quantity of initial order and may only add to order. Prices are subject to change, initial price quote may not be honored and a new price quote will be submitted at time of rescheduled booking. At least 6 month advance notice is required for rescheduled bookings. |

The company of le Papertique reserves the right to amend errors and / or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, le Papertique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. This also applies to confirmed orders. Prices are subject to change without warning. |

Returns must be:
- in their original condition and in unopened packages
- returned in the box it was shipped in
- made within 30 days of delivery
Damaged goods are not refundable.
Printed materials, custom cut stocks, adhered stocks, and used material are not refundable.
Refunds do NOT include shipping. |

If customer changes invitation order any shipping charges accrued as well as a 30% restocking fee will be applied. |

If purchaser cancels order prior to 60 days from send off date, purchaser will be responsible for supplies and the work completed up to that date if exceeded by deposit amount. Deposits are not refundable and any moneys accrued prior is not refundable. |

Calligraphy, maps, design motifs or foreign language text may be printed using customer provided artwork. Artwork may be provided as black and white original or PDF files. Resolution should be at 600 dpi. Graphic manipulation is available for an additional charge per design created. |

Printed monograms may be designed for no additional charge if chosen from the monogram page. Embossed and Wax seal monograms are also available at an additional cost. Please allow 6-8 weeks for special orders. Cancellation is not allowed for custom orders once order is placed. |

Shipping costs are based on the total cost of your order, destination in which items are shipped to and the method of shipping selected. Additional rates will apply for rush shipping and insured packages.
The company of Handmade By Heather is not responsible for any damage that may occur once order is shipped. We guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service. We do not take responsibility for the carrier or carrier service and once carrier is in possession of the package any disputes must be worked within that company and their policies. We recommend invitation orders to be shipped with insurance and will insure packages upon request for an additional charge.
Overseas Shipping - Packages sent overseas will incur an additional cost. Upon placement of your order a quote will be sent via email. All overseas mail varies in price.
Stock Orders - Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by customer. UPS Ground shipping usually takes approximately 3 - 7 business days depending on destination of package.
Invitation Orders - Please allow 2-3 weeks from approval of proof to ship. Shipping costs will be dependant on weight/ order and type of shipping requested. Handmade By Heather ships through Federal Express, UPS, or Standard Mail / Priority Mail upon customer request.
Stuffed, Stamped and Sent - If ordered under SS&S please allow 3-4 weeks from time of approval. Postage may vary depending on the weight or shape of the invitation. All square invitations require additional postage due to shape. |

Stock orders can be rushed. Additional rush shipping will be applied. Custom Invitations cannot be 'rushed' but will be expedited as quickly as possible. |

New Jersey tax of 6% will be applied to all orders. |

Stuffed, Stamped and Sent is offered by Handmade By Heather as a courtesy for the busy customer. This package deal is offered for all Handmade By Heather Invitations and Packages. All packages will be assembled , stuffed, stamped with postage and posted in the mail. A hand-cancelled stamp will be applied at time of delivery to ensure its safe arrival to your guest. All outer envelopes will be addressed, also included in the package.
Postage is not included. Please note a stamp will be required for the response envelope in addition to the postage for the invitation. Handmade By Heather is not responsible for any damage that may occur once order is posted. Upon approval of proofs, full payment must be posted. All designs are owned by the company of le Papertique and Handmade By Heather. The purchaser does not own custom invitations or artwork designed by le Papertique and Handmade By Heather . The company reserves the right to resell and advertise with custom designs. Designs created by le Papertique and Handmade By Heather may not be reproduced without company's written permission.
le Papertique and Handmade By Heather reserves the right to advertise the logo on all company products. A small logo will appear on the back of ALL stationery items. |
